EBW:Electron Beam Welding

In recent years, parts used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment are becoming more precise, more functional, and more complex than ever, and for that, parts involving various welding in addition to cutting are required for special manufacturing processing.
Electron beam welding has been focused as a mean of solving problems such as oxidation and heat strain found on products which are treated by arc welding and TIG welding and welding of the narrowed area and the deep portion which were impossible to treat by arch welding in the past. To meet such needs, the company has decided and became the first in Yamanashi to introduce an electron beam system, and we added vacuum welding processing at one end of the skills in our factory, which has less heat-affection, has deep weld penetration at high-density and high-grade, and does not make an oxide film.
As a result, the second processing after welding was reduced, and the supply of reliable welding parts and the reduction of a delivery time and costs had become possible.
We believe that it will provide greater functional effect for aluminum welding parts used on high vacuum environment.
Wir cut electrical discharge machining
Wire cut electrical discharge machining that supports our property processing together with EBW. This technology will be used for thin metal plate process, which is not handled well by regular cutting process, minimum process at curved R area, and complex shape process, again instead of cutting process. In addition, this process can accommodate large size parts by a wide range of Z-axis movement with 320 strokes.
Machined surface finishing technique
For vacuum components, hair-line finish is given on the seal surface to maintain airtightness. We adopt the spring machining of the machining center A-shaft control for the seal surface of mass-produced parts. Also, for products which the spring machining by the machining center are not possible and/or for short-size and small lot size parts, our skilled workers are manually perform various seal surface work. In addition, we offer the specular cutting processing for the seal surface of ICF flange with our original tools and inner and outer surface with diamond tool.
Design and Development

We provide the assembling of manufacturing process, the streamlining of existing products, and design of jigs and tools. We also focus on automation of various processes, and we manufacture FA devices from design, assembling, to control in the company. Further, taking advantage of our device design technology, we accept orders for devices and products.
