On handling of customer information, the company shall specify its utilization purpose and announce officially or notify the customer of its use, and the information shall not be used for other than those mentioned in principle.

In the following circumstances, customer information may be provided to the third person or be used beyond the above utilization purpose.
- With customer's consent
- Disclosure was requested by law
- When it is necessary for protecting life, a body, or property of human, but it is difficult to obtain the customer’s consent.
- When it is necessary to cooperate with National organizations, local government, or the party receiving its commission to carry out their tasks under law, and obtaining customer’s consent could hinder their performing the tasks.
Management of customer information
- The company shall ensure the proper management to keep our directors and all employees informed about customer information protection
- The company will take security measures on our website to protect customer information from unauthorized access, leakage, and loss, etc.
- The company shall take significant steps for the concerned third party to supervise when depositing customer information to the third party for subcontracting.
Disclosure, correction, and stopping a usage of customer information
In cases when the customer requests the following, we will take appropriate actions within a reasonable period and range upon identification verification.
- When the customer requests a disclosure of own personal information.
- When the customer requests correction, addition, or deletion of own personal information.
But it will be accepted only if the existing personal information is different from the fact. - When the customer requests the stop of usage or deletion of own personal information.
